2.2 Appointment Bookings

When booking appointments through our Site:

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information
  • You understand that booking an appointment constitutes a commitment to attend
  • You agree to our cancellation policy (see section 4 of our Refund Policy)
  • You understand that repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a requirement to pay a deposit for future bookings

We strive to provide the highest quality services. However, please understand that:

  • Results may vary depending on individual factors
  • Images on our Site are representative of potential results but do not guarantee specific outcomes
  • You are responsible for disclosing relevant health information that may affect service delivery

3. Limitation of Liability

3.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all services provided by Data Nexus Hub are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Data Nexus Hub makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Site or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Site.

4. Rules of Conduct

4.1 In Our Studio

When visiting our physical location, we ask that you:

  • Arrive on time for your appointments
  • Treat our staff and other clients with respect
  • Follow any health and safety guidelines provided
  • Inform us of any health conditions that may affect your treatment
  • Provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment
  • Do not attend appointments if you are unwell with a contagious illness

4.2 Online Conduct

When interacting with us online or leaving reviews, we ask that you:

  • Provide honest and constructive feedback
  • Respect the privacy of our staff and other clients
  • Do not post offensive, defamatory, or harassing content
  • Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your relationship with us
  • Report any inappropriate content to us promptly

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Data Nexus Hub or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

Data Nexus Hub's name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Data Nexus Hub or its affiliates. You may not use these marks without the prior written permission of Data Nexus Hub.

Data Nexus Hub grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of the Site. This license does not include:
